Terms of Service

Last updated 25 September 2026

Tibia Forge Guide is a free, fan-made site of calculators and planners for the game Tibia. By using it you accept the terms below. They are short on purpose.

Not affiliated with CipSoft

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to CipSoft GmbH. Tibia is a registered trademark of CipSoft GmbH. Game names, sprites and artwork belong to CipSoft and are used here to describe the game. Nothing on this site is official.

The numbers are estimates

This is the part worth reading twice. Every figure this site produces is a calculation based on published game data and on the prices you type in. It is offered in good faith and checked carefully, but:

CipSoft can change game mechanics, costs and drop rates at any time, and this site may not have caught up.
Some figures rest on probabilities, so a result described as "expected" is an average over many attempts, not a promise about your next one.
Market prices come from you, not from us. If they are wrong or out of date, so is the answer.

Decisions about what to spend your gold on are yours. We are not responsible for in-game losses, however they came about.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details to yourself, and for what happens under your account. Give us an email address you actually control. One person, one account. You can delete your account at any time by asking us.

Behaving yourself

Do not use this site to:

post anything unlawful, hateful, threatening, or designed to defraud;
impersonate another player, or claim a character you do not control;
scrape, overload or attack the site, or try to reach data that is not yours;
advertise anything that breaks CipSoft's own rules, including selling accounts or real-money trading where Tibia forbids it.

We may remove content or close an account that breaks these terms, usually without warning if the breach is serious.

Anything you post

You keep ownership of what you write. By posting it you allow us to display it on the site. You are responsible for it being yours to post and for it being accurate. We do not review posts before they appear, and we can remove anything at our discretion.

Player-to-player trading

Any marketplace or announcement area on this site is a noticeboard and nothing more. We do not handle payments, hold goods, verify claims or act as an escrow. Every arrangement is strictly between the players involved, at their own risk, and we are not a party to it and not responsible for the outcome. Trades must also obey CipSoft's rules — those apply whatever is written here.

Availability

The site is provided as-is and free of charge. We make no promise that it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss or damage arising from using this site — including lost in-game items, gold or characters, or decisions taken on the strength of a calculation shown here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the site grows. The date at the top says when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means accepting the current version.

Questions about these terms, or a request to remove something, go to contact@tibiaforgeguide.com. How we handle personal data is covered separately in the Privacy Policy.
